WHAT IT MEANS TO ME
Many years ago, I gave up New Year's Resolutions. I'm happy with me, but also know that there's always room for improvement. Picking, instead, my "Word Of The Year", seems much more aligned with who I am than a resolution does.

What is my word for 2025? I chose two REST - slowing down, taking a step back from the hectic pace (for days, not hours), being kinder to my body, doing only the things that nourish my soul, taking care of ME; and LET THEM - the theory that when you "Let Them" do whatever it is that they want to do, it creates more control and emotional peace for you and a better relationship with the people in your life.
