DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• DO NOT let the pillow get wet.
• The scent of the herbs may eventually go away, so if that happens, simply apply a few drops of your favorite essential oil on your hands, and rub to distribute the oil evenly, then gently swipe the eye pillow to transfer the scent.
• This eye pillow can be used warm or cold. To heat, place in microwave for 10 seconds. Make sure that it's not too hot before applying it to your eyes. To cool, simply place the pillow in its plastic protective sleeve, and put in the freezer. Not using the sleeve will cause the pillow and herbs inside to get wet, therefore ruining the pillow.
• I recommend using a tissue between the fabric and the application site (your eyelids) to prevent your makeup/sweat/facial oils from transferring to the fabric.
