Wednesday, December 11 from 7-9pm. Join us for a lovely evening to relax and restore at Jane's Tea House.
Our evening begins with soft music and a calming guided meditation, during which Josie [Reiki Master] will walk around and give a mini Reiki treatment to each guest. You'll enjoy the flow of Reiki's healing energy, bringing balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you're more comfortable sitting in a chair or cozied up on your own mat with a pillow and blanket, you can immerse yourself in a soothing meditation and reiki session.
After our Reiki/Meditation/Music experience (approx 45 mins), we'll move to Jane's beautifully appointed dining area, where each guest will receive a pot of tea and a premium dessert tier. (You can select your tea from a menu of dozens!) Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated. You can enjoy a quiet hour of relaxing tea time and conversation with friends. Coming alone? That's fine too - you'll have your own private table where you can immerse yourself in your thoughts, enjoying the solitude.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Energy flows through all living beings. If one's "life force energy" is low or off-balance, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high or balanced, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing method that involves the transfer of energy from the natural world to an individual. It's a process where the practitioner guides "universal life force energy" towards the person receiving the treatment. This energy transfer can have a profound impact, promoting overall wellness.
WHAT IS A REIKI MASTER?
There are several levels of reiki practitioners, with Reiki Master being the highest level. Josie has been studying Reiki for 6 years, and has been a Master for 4.

Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made via email to breathebyjosie@gmail.com. Cancellation made 14 or more days prior to the event will receive a 50% credit to be used for any future event that features tickets sold on Josie's website. (Credit expires 6 months from issue date.) later cancellations, and no call no show, receives no refund or credit.
