Join us for a transformative journey through the chakras in the serene, spa-like atmosphere of Healing Hands of Light Spa in Cherry Hill. This workshop will teach you the basics of the Chakra System, how to detect energies in the body using the pendulum, and introduce you to techniques to balance these energy centers.

What are your Chakras? Discover the seven main energy centers in the body, known as the chakras.

Are your Chakras balanced? Learn how to use a pendulum (provided) to assess the current state of your chakras and gain insights into any areas of imbalance.

Chakra meditation - Experience a relaxing yet powerful 15-minute guided chakra balancing meditation designed to restore energetic harmony.

Balance check - Perform a second pendulum reading to observe any shifts in your energy flow.

How to balance your Chakras - Explore effective methods for clearing and opening stagnant or blocked chakras, with practical tips to continue your healing journey at home.
Whether you're new to energy healing or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this workshop will leave you feeling aligned, rejuvenated, and empowered.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, pillows, blankets, etc. for a comfortable, grounding experience on the floor. Chairs will also be available for those who prefer seated support. You will be asked to select your preference at checkout, so that we may properly set up the room.
✨Doors open at 6, to allow time to relax and and possibly treat yourself to a mini Reiki session with Megan - 10 minutes/$25. Event starts and doors close at 7. Event will run approx 90 minutes.

Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made via email to breathebyjosie@gmail.com. Cancellation made 14 or more days prior to the event will receive a 50% credit to be used for any future event that features tickets sold on Josie's website. (Credit expires 6 months from issue date.) later cancellations, and no call no show, receives no refund or credit.
