🌸 First Hour – Sound Bath + Reiki
Settle in with a grounding meditation guided by Josie, inviting you to release stagnant energy and welcome in fresh vitality. Angela, a certified sound healing practitioner, will weave together a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, a rain stick, and a delicate glass triangle, enveloping you in soothing frequencies to harmonize your mind and body. Meanwhile, Josie, a Reiki Master, along with the assistance of one of her Reiki students, will provide individual Reiki sessions, channeling restorative energy to clear blocks and promote relaxation.

🫖 Second Hour – Tea & Connection
After your deep reset, transition to Jane’s charming dining space for an indulgent spread of premium desserts or a charcuterie board, paired with a pot of your choice from an extensive selection of over 25 premium teas. Whether you choose to enjoy quiet reflection or share meaningful conversation with others, this time is yours to fully embrace the feeling of renewal and gratitude.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience where healing vibrations from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes help calm the nervous system, restore balance, and cultivate deep relaxation.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing modality in which a practitioner channels universal life force energy through gentle hands-on or hands-above techniques. It promotes relaxation, clarity, and energetic balance, helping you feel refreshed and at ease.

You will make your choices at checkout as to your desired snacks, and whether you're bringing your own mat, or would like to sit in a chair for the sound bath.
